The Poodle Haus authorizes the right to decline any request, no matter if it is a new client or an established client. The Poodle Haus has the right to take photos of any pet in its care and may share them on social media.

The Poodle Haus may request a Meet and Greet with any new clients they wish to meet with.

The Poodle Haus will keep 50% of the payment when a cancellation occurs after the 24 hour rule.

The Poodle Haus is not responsible for providing food for your dog, if the dog runs out of food you must reimburse for the cost of food.
